Provide strategic direction and concept development for the functionality and user interface design for new site product offerings. Work collaboratively with site Visual Designers, Developers, and Business Owners to ensure balance between form and function. As part of the product development process I was required to develop user flow models, product maps, interaction concept sketches, wireframes, mockups, and testing prototypes. Collaborate with the design, user experience, product, and development teams to proactively gather and understand stakeholder and end-user needs in order to create the best user experience possible. Provide time estimates for each stage of the of the development process as applicable. |

Strong knowledge of interaction design, user interface design, and user experience concepts as they pertain to web development.
The ability to promote design principles and methods while also understanding business needs and goals Excellent team player with a flexible, collaborative approach Experience in a fast paced, detailed oriented, deadline driven environment Strong written and oral communication skills - able to explain web design proposals and decisions to stakeholders and project requestors. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills |
